Johannes Sundlo
I’m Johannes Sundlo.
For the last 15+ years I’ve worked in and around organizations, first as an HR leader, later as an advisor, and now as a consultant focused on AI adoption.
I started my career in HR when digitalization was still a buzzword. Over the years, I’ve led people and culture functions in fast-moving companies and worked on transformation projects in sectors as diverse as retail, finance, and education. I’ve been part of building teams in growth companies, partnering with leaders at every level, and supporting organizations through change.
At Spotify, I saw firsthand what happens when technology reshapes how people work , not just the tools, but the leadership, culture, and skills needed to keep up. That experience shaped how I think about change: success doesn’t come from strategy slides, it comes from helping leaders and teams actually change how they work day to day.
That’s what drew me to AI. I’ve seen the same challenge in company after company: leaders know AI matters, but they don’t know how to move from talk to practice. Too many pilots stall. Too many strategies stay on paper.
My work is about fixing that.
Today, I help executives, managers, HR leaders, and employees adopt AI in a way that lasts. Sometimes that’s through a keynote that sparks clarity.
Sometimes it’s a workshop where a leadership team leaves with a 90-day plan.
Often it’s a longer change program where we measure adoption and reinforce the shift.
I’ve supported 150+ organizations globally, from Sweden to the US to across Europe and I speak in both English and Swedish.
The work is always the same at its core: help leaders and teams make AI real, with governance, adoption, and culture built in.
