Legal Terms for Participation in AI + HR Roundtable

These legal terms (“Agreement”) govern your participation in the AI + HR Roundtable organized by Sundlo Invest AB (“Organizer”). By registering and participating in the AI + HR Roundtable you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. **Dates:** You must carefully review the event dates provided by the Organizer and ensure you are available to participate on the stated dates.

2. **Registration and Binding Agreement:** By submitting your registration for the AI + HR Roundtable you are entering into a legally binding agreement with the Organizer.

3. **Refunds and Cancellations:** No refunds will be provided if you are unable to attend any of the AI + HR Roundtable sessions. It is your responsibility to ensure your availability before registering.

4. **Revocation and Cancellation Policy:** If you wish to revoke your registration for the AI + HR Roundtable you must notify the Organizer in writing prior to the conclusion of the first session. Revocation after attending the first session will not be eligible for any refund.

5. **Copyright and Intellectual Property:** All intellectual property rights related to the AI + HR Roundtable, including but not limited to materials, presentations, and discussions, remain the property of the Organizer and/or respective owners. You agree not to distribute or use such material without prior written consent of the Organizer.

6. **Confidentiality:** You acknowledge that during the AI + HR Roundtable you may have access to confidential information and proprietary information. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of such information and not disclose it to any third party without the Organizer’s express written consent.

7. **Liability:** The Organizer will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your participation in the AI + HR Roundtable including but not limited to personal injury, loss of or damage to property.

8. **Modifications and Termination:** The Organizer reserves the right to alter, suspend or terminate the AI + HR Roundtable at any time for any reason whatsoever. Upon cancellation or termination, the Organizer will not be liable for any costs, damages, or expenses incurred by participants.

9. **Governing Law and Jurisdiction:** This agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden.

By registering and participating in the AI + HR Roundtable you certify that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

Juridiska villkor för deltagande i AI + HR Roundtable.

Dessa juridiska villkor (”Avtalet”) styr ditt deltagande i AI + HR Roundtable som arrangeras av Sundlo Invest AB (”Arrangören”). Genom att registrera dig och delta i AI + HR Roundtable erkänner och godkänner du följande villkor:

1. Datum: Du måste noggrant granska de datum för evenemanget som tillhandahålls av Arrangören och säkerställa att du är tillgänglig för att delta på de angivna datumen.
2. Registrering och bindande avtal: Genom att skicka in din registrering för AI + HR Roundtable ingår du ett bindande avtal med Arrangören.
3. Återbetalning och avbokningar: Ingen återbetalning kommer att ske om du inte kan delta i något av tillfällena på AI + HR Roundtable. Det är ditt ansvar att säkerställa din tillgänglighet innan du registrerar dig.
4. Återkallelse och avbokningspolicy: Om du önskar återkalla din anmälan till AI + HR Roundtable måste du meddela Arrangören skriftligen före avslutningen av det första tillfället. Återkallelse efter deltagande i det första tillfället kommer inte att vara berättigad till någon återbetalning.
5. Upphovsrätt och immateriell äganderätt: Alla immateriella rättigheter relaterade till AI + HR Roundtable, inklusive men inte begränsat till material, presentationer och diskussioner, förblir Arrangörens och/eller respektive ägares egendom. Du samtycker till att inte distribuera eller använda sådant material utan föregående skriftligt samtycke från Arrangören.
6. Sekretess: Du erkänner att du under AI + HR Roundtable kan få tillgång till konfidentiell information och äganderätt. Du samtycker till att upprätthålla konfidentialiteten för sådan information och inte lämna ut den till någon tredje part utan Arrangörens uttryckliga skriftliga samtycke.
7. Ansvar: Arrangören ska inte vara ansvarig för direkta, indirekta, incidentala, följdskador eller särskilda skador som uppstår i samband med ditt deltagande i AI + HR Roundtable, inklusive men inte begränsat till personskada, förlust eller skada på egendom.
8. Ändringar och avslutning: Arrangören förbehåller sig rätten att ändra, avbryta eller avsluta AI + HR Roundtable när som helst av vilken anledning som helst. Vid avbokning eller avslutning kommer Arrangören inte att vara ansvarig för eventuella kostnader, skador eller utgifter som deltagarna åsamkas.
9. Tillämplig lag och jurisdiktion: Detta avtal ska regleras av och tolkas i enlighet med lagarna i Sverige. Eventuella tvister som uppstår från eller i samband med detta avtal ska underkastas exklusiv jurisdiktion för domstolarna i Sverige.

Genom att registrera dig och delta i AI + HR Roundtable intygar du att du har läst, förstått och samtyckt till dessa villkor och bestämmelser.
