What the bootcamp is
Three live sessions of 60 minutes over three weeks, in a small group I pick by hand. You work in Claude on your own HR tasks and leave each session with a workflow you can run the next morning. The point is to get from having tried AI once or twice to saving hours every week, with someone showing what the tool can do beyond chat.
What you build
- Policy drafts. First drafts of HR policies, guidelines and internal documents in the right tone and structure, in a fraction of the time.
- Job posting workflows. From role description to finished posting, tailored to your employer brand, with inclusive language built in.
- Analysis and reporting. Engagement survey summaries and reports that used to take an afternoon.
- Reusable skills. Each workflow is saved as a skill you can run again and share with your team, and the principles transfer to Copilot when the same capabilities land there.
Format and price
Three live online sessions, 60 minutes each, over three weeks, plus about 30 minutes of exercises a day. Limited seats. 590 USD excluding VAT, plus a Claude Pro subscription. You get a direct line to me between sessions and lifetime access to the recordings and templates. If the first session does not convince you, you get a full refund.
