Using AI in management work
Prepare a feedback conversation, structure a decision brief or delegate a task more clearly. We choose examples around your managers' responsibilities.
For your managers
I help your managers use AI in their own work and lead its adoption in their teams. Book me, Johannes Sundlo, for a keynote, a practical workshop or a training programme tailored to your organisation.
I have been a manager for more than ten years and advised leaders at large global companies, including Spotify.

Spot assumptions, missing information and unsupported conclusions. Decide what a manager needs to check before using an answer.
Give employees time to practise, agree who reviews the work and respond to curiosity and concerns about changing roles.
I demonstrate the tools, use examples from management work and discuss what managers need to understand to lead their use. A shared starting point for a larger management audience.
Participants work in the tools themselves and discuss what happens. We adapt the exercises to their experience, the tools they can access and the situations they face at work.
Give managers time to practise between sessions. We can review what they tried, discuss where they got stuck and adjust how they work with their teams.
From previous participants
Inspiring and educational. Great focus on practical use; I came away with knowledge and ideas I can use straight away.
I don't think you can lead an organisation today without understanding the tools. Your managers need that experience when employees ask what they can use AI for and how their jobs might change.
In a workshop, we can use a fictional brief to prepare for a difficult conversation. Managers assess the suggestions and assumptions AI makes about the person, then discuss the judgements they need to make themselves. We use prepared examples that fit your rules.
What we work on
Managers give instructions to an AI tool, add context and compare responses to a task from their working week.
Participants try follow-up questions, check claims and decide whether they have enough information to use the work.
Each manager chooses a task to try with the team. We define ownership, review and how to assess time spent, quality or rework.
I have more than 15 years of experience in HR and leadership, including at Spotify. More than 10,000 people have taken part in my online courses and webinars. In management training, I connect the tools with tasks, people and the decisions a manager needs to make.
No. Tell me how familiar participants are with AI and I will adapt the level. For groups with mixed experience, we can use a shared task with room to explore at different levels.
We agree on tools before the training, based on what your managers can access and are permitted to use. You will know which accounts or preparations participants need for the exercises.
We start with fictional or prepared examples. Employee information and other sensitive material must be handled under your organisation's rules. Participants can complete the exercises without sharing that information.
Yes. I deliver keynotes and training in English and Swedish. Tell me which language your group works in and whether you are planning an in-person or online session.
The price depends on format, scope, participant numbers and the preparation your group needs. Tell me who the training is for and what you want managers to be able to do afterwards so we can discuss a programme and quote.
