We choose the business question, participants and available tools beforehand. I help you define the information needed. We can use prepared or anonymised material that fits your rules for information and confidentiality.
What will we take away from the workshop?
That depends on the scope we agree. A session can cover prioritised trials, named owners and questions for follow-up. We decide beforehand which decisions or working documents you want the team to develop.
