How do you book an AI keynote speaker?
How do you book an AI keynote speaker? You send a request through the form on my contact page with the date, location, audience and what you want the talk to lead to. I come back with a suggested time for a short call, where we go through who is in the room, how far they have come with AI and which tools they are allowed to use. Based on that call you get a quote with format, length, fee and what is included. Once you have approved the quote, we book a preparation call well before the event, where I check examples, tone and timing with you. Then I deliver on site or online, and send the slides afterwards. My engagements start at 20,000 SEK excluding VAT and travel. Popular dates go early, so get in touch as soon as the date is set. - Request through the form. Date, location, audience and purpose are enough to get started. Send a request.
- Call about audience and goals. Who is in the room, how far have they come with AI, and what should they be able to do the week after?
- Quote. Format, length, fee and what is included, per event. VAT and travel come on top.
- Preparation call and delivery. We check examples, tone and timing. Then I deliver on site or online and send the slides afterwards.
What does it cost to book an AI keynote speaker?
My engagements start at 20,000 SEK excluding VAT and travel. You get a quote per event rather than a fixed price list, because two 60-minute keynotes rarely need the same preparation.
What drives the fee:
- Audience. Size, roles and how far the group has come with AI.
- Tailoring. How much of the content and demos should be built on your industry and your processes.
- Preparation. Calls, material to read and examples to build.
- Format. Keynote, half day, full day or a series of sessions.
- Place. On site in Sweden or Europe, or online. Travel and any accommodation come on top.
For an HR conference, the audience brief matters most: tell me the roles in the room and which tools they are allowed to use, and the quote will reflect the preparation that needs.
Which formats can you book?
- Keynote, about 60 minutes. For HR and people conferences, kick-offs and all-hands. Live demos on real work tasks, with a first step for everyone in the audience. More about my keynotes.
- Half-day workshop, about 3 hours. For teams that should practise themselves, on their own tasks and in the tools you have approved. More about my workshops.
- Full day. Strategy in the morning, practice in the afternoon. Suits leadership teams and HR teams that want to go from direction to first step in one day.
- Series. Several sessions with assignments in between, when you want to build habits rather than inspiration.

What is included when you book?
- Preparation call. We go through audience, goals, tone and timing before I build the content.
- Industry-adapted live demos. I show the tools on tasks that look like yours, not on generic examples.
- Slides afterwards. You get the material so you can keep working with it internally.
- AI conversation before a workshop. Ahead of a workshop, participants get to talk with an AI about their expectations and questions, so I know where the group stands before we meet.

Common questions about booking an AI keynote speaker
How far in advance should we book?
Get in touch as soon as the date is set. Popular dates go early, and there is no fixed lead time that applies to every event. If your date is close, ask anyway. Sometimes it works out, and otherwise I can often suggest another format.
Can the keynote be delivered online instead of on site?
Yes. I deliver keynotes and workshops on site in Sweden and Europe, and online. Live demos work in both formats. Online there is no travel, which shows in the quote. Say which format you want in your request and the quote will be based on it.
Which language do you speak in?
English or Swedish, whichever the audience prefers. Slides and material follow the same language as the talk. If you have a mixed audience, mention it in your request and we can talk through what fits best.
How do invoicing and VAT work?
You get a quote per event with the fee stated excluding VAT. VAT and travel are added on the invoice. If you book through a bureau, the bureau handles the contract and invoicing.
What does the audience take home?
A few concrete ways to use AI in their own work, which they have seen working live on tasks that look like theirs. The slides afterwards, so they can go back to the examples. After a workshop, participants have also practised themselves and have a first step to take the week after.
